Cause
Caused by Mikrotik to update the new firmware version to have fast tracking function, causing the bandwidth to not work
Solutions
1. Login to winbox
2. Click on the ip> firewall menu.
3. Select rule> fastracking
4. Press the red X to disable fastracking
