How to fix, simple login error login on iphone or android

The methods are as follows.

1. Set up winbox system, login by http-pap

By going to the ip> hotspot menu> server profile> hspro1. Select login and select by http-pap.

2. Setting up the billing plan cloud system to be authen type: PAP

By going to the Hotspot you want to edit

Click the Billing menu.

Then click Edit Plan and press Advance setting

Scroll to the Authen menu. Select PAP.

After that, click Save and finish the setup process.
