ปัญหาระบบแสดงค่า Error License ในระบบ cloud เกิดจากมีการแก้ไขค่า System > identity ในอุปกรณ์ Mikrotik มีวิธีการแก้ไขดังต่อไปนี้
1. Login เข้า winbox
2. ไปที่ เมนู system > identity หากระบบแสดงเมนูหน้า ตั้งค่า ท่านสามารถนำค่ามาวางใน New terminal (โดยนำค่ามาจาก ข้อ 4 ดังภาพ)

3. นำค่า system identity ไปวาง แล้วกด OK
