How to create account in manual mode

In providing internet services Creating a card for vip or for administrators who need our own username and password
For ease of use
The methods are as follows.
1. Login to the Cloud system
2. Select Hotspot to manage
3. Click into the Account menu.
4. Choose to create an account in the custom tab.
Plan *: Choose the billing plan that needs to be created.
user: is the username you want to create
pass: is the password you want to set
5. Click Create account '
