Cause Caused by using user login across Hotspot
Example User from Hotel A, Login to Hotel B, would like to use User issued by Hotel A when login. The system will show error as picture
Problem solving If the hotel policy requires that the user use 1 user at all affiliated hotels Can proceed by creating a Roaming system according to the manual link below
